Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the 
MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

42nd Medical Group holds open house for network mental health providers

The 42nd Medical Group and Humana Military held a Provider Open House on base to strengthen the relationships with local care providers, Nov. 8, 2023.The open house provided the opportunity for the medical group to connect with over 30 community providers of mental health services to help them understand the base mission, the unique challenges faced by military families, and how providers can better assist military members, retirees, and dependents.

Q-flow kiosk expected to cut 42nd Medical Group wait times

 “Q-Flow is our solution, so patients don’t have to stand in long lines,” said Col. Paul Smith, commander, 42nd Healthcare Operations Squadron. “Beneficiaries can take a ticket and sit down until it is their turn to be called to the window for their prescription. We are trying to improve our customer experience at the medical group and believe this is one step toward achieving that goal.”
